BARNEY™ to headline at Mother Baby & Child Show

Children's favourite purple dinosaur is back by popular demand - ‘tot rock’ event sure to be a sell-out says organisers

The Mother Baby and Child Show 2011, which was founded on the basis of three pillars – health, education and fun will once again play host to a very special visitor in December, the ever popular and lovable prehistoric character Barney’ will be performing live at the MBC event which takes place at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) between the 8-10 December 2011.

Shannon Norris, Exhibition Director of Mother Baby & Child Show commented, “When Barney last appeared at our show, it was a complete sell-out. We even had to close the doors. I would urge mums and dads to arrive early to avoid disappointment or pre book on timeout tickets. Barney is loved by the children of the UAE because he entertains through live music, song and dance routines, which the little ones can emulate.”

Children see him as their trusted friend, to them he’s a fun-loving purple Tyrannosaurus Rex, 200 million years old, friendly, huggable and lovable whose favourite colour just happens to be purple!
